Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after business hours or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• We ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

• Delivery timeframes are based on USPS estimates and can vary by location.

• Shipping rates for USPS Ground Advantage are calculated at checkout directly from the current USPS website rates.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all estimates, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, high order volume, or incorrect address details. GnarvibeZ isn’t responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If something’s off, contact us immediately at gnarvibez0214@gmail.com so we can try to correct it before shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at gnarvibez0214@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help file a claim with USPS and work toward a resolution.
